Help yourself to a selection of fruits, homemade cereals and breads, irish cheeses, freshly squeezed juices and smoothies, Clandeboye Estate yoghurt, local honey, home-made jams and preserves, followed by your choice of dishes such as Slow baked organic porridge with cream, seeds and Ballyholme honey, McKeown's Smoked Salmon Omelette with lemon creme fraiche, Copeland Island crab with scrambled egg and chilli jam, Eggs Benedict,  and of course the Ulster Grill.
